Application
The 6L lab emulsifying mixer is primarily used in the manufacturing of liquid-liquid, solid-liquid, paste-paste, powder-paste and materials with a different density and viscosity (2 million CPS). It is also used in the production of glue, lithium batteries, and cosmetics.

Features
The 6L lab emulsifying mixer is a piece of multifunctional equipment that can carry out mixing, homogenizing and milling. The inside of the tank has been mirror polished in order to ensure the roundness and improve the stirring efficiency, and has been equipped with mixing blade available in different sizes and shapes. Precision casting was used in the modeling process of the stirring paddle to ensure the original spiral pitch and cross sectional shape will not be destroyed, and no elastic deformation will result. This ensures the paddle can even be used in high load conditions.

Description
For different shear purposes, the agitator direction can be aligned to move with the revolution direction or in a different direction entirely. Another high speed dispersion gear also runs with the revolution for dispersion and emulsification purposes. The mixing paddle and high-speed dispersion gear are both frequency controlled and can be modulated according to the production process custom speed. This kind of movement uniformly mixes material in a relatively short amount of time.
