Features
The temperature sensing device of the 100L homogenizing mixer is installed in the bottom of the mixing bucket. It can achieve multipoint temperature measurement and the results are highly accurate and reliable. The mixing blade can be changed for components of different sizes and shapes. Precision casting is used in the modeling process of the stirring paddle. The original spiral pitch and cross-sectional shape will not be destroyed and no elastic deformation will be measured. Therefore, the paddle can be used under high load conditions.
Composition
The main body of the machine is composed of a base, column, beam, electric control cabinet, box type transmission device, automatic lifting device as well as a planetary stirring head, cover and tank, vacuum pipe and other components. The material for the main body is Q235, and the material at the contact part is SUS304.
The tank is made up of two-layer jackets (body / bottom), with a finely processed handle. Both inside and outside of the tank are automatically polished to matte finish which is easy for feeding and cleaning. The bottom of the tank is equipped with four sets of mobile casters.
Different seals are used in different segments of the equipment, for example, a silicone rubber seal is used in the stirring cover and the tank, and mechanical seals (carbide) are used at the axle, while silicone rubber seals are used for static components.
The planetary stirring device features a totally enclosed gear box and the driving bearing is NSK (or equivalent). The stirring paddle features a double-leaf spiral 90 degree structure and its dispersion disc is a solar tooth disk, while the materials are SUS304. The scraped surface agitator is made of SUS304 + PTFE composite. The motor is a Jiangmen motor, the reducer brand is Taixing, the converter brand is imported from Danfoss.
Descriptions
During the working process of the 100L homogenizing mixer, the two parallel stirring paddles can operate at a fixed rotating ratio. The direction of the paddles and the rotation can be in the same direction or in contrasting directions, which can be used for different shearing purposes. Two separate high-speed disperse tooth discs will also run with the revolution for the efficient dispersion and emulsification. The mixing paddle and high-speed dispersion gear are all frequency controlled and can be modulated according to the production process custom speed. This kind of movement can uniformly mix the material in a relatively short period of time.
