Features
1. The temperature sensing device on the lab emulsifying mixer has been installed on the bottom of the mixing bucket for an increased reliability and accuracy of results.
2. The mixing blade is available in different sizes and shapes.
3. Precision casting is used to mold the stirring paddle. The original spiral pitch and cross-sectional shape will not be destroyed, and there will be no elastic deformation. Because of this, the paddle can even be used in high load conditions.

Description
For different shear purposes, the agitator direction can be aligned to move with the revolution direction or in a different direction entirely. Another high speed dispersion gear also runs with the revolution for dispersion and emulsification purposes. The mixing paddle and high-speed dispersion gear are both frequency controlled and can be modulated according to the production process custom speed. This kind of movement uniformly mixes material in a relatively short amount of time.
