1. The barrel is made of a thickened stainless steel. To enhance strength and abrasiveness, the barrel has been treated with nitrogen and mirror polishing with no pollution side effects.
2. The 300L automatic homogenizing mixer is equipped with a helical reducer and helical gearing in order to adapt to high-power high viscosity mixing.
3. The homogenizing mixer device uses a patented semi-liquid mixture which will not accumulate on the pole, on the bottom, and will not cluster or form into dead ends.
4. This equipment uses a patented dispersion plate to increase the two side manifold, reduce the axial back pressure, and to make the semi-liquid mixture flow more reasonable and achieve better dispersion, saving anywhere from 1.5 to 2.5 hours of production time.
5. Our automatic homogenizing mixer is lifted using the hydraulic cylinder and coordinated with V-shaped + U-shaped + O-shaped machinery XYZ coordinate automatic correction to ensure the stability of the bucket. A cylinder locking device is also applied to prevent run out of the oil, pipe bursting or barrel falling.
6. The 300L automatic homogenizing mixer is sealed with a stainless steel double skeleton to guarantee its airtightness and to reduce the equipment maintenance costs.
7. The device is electrically automated and controlled by touch screen and PLC. In addition, the device has long-range control function and equipped with another set of power (manual control) to ensure the normal function of the machine.
