The temperature sensing device of the 150L vacuum emulsifying mixer is installed in the bottom of the mixing bucket. It can achieve multipoint temperature measurement and the results are highly accurate and reliable. The mixing blade can be changed for components of different sizes and shapes. Precision casting is used in the modeling process of the stirring paddle. The original spiral pitch and cross-sectional shape will not be destroyed and no elastic deformation will be measured. Therefore, the paddle can be used under high load conditions.

During the working process of the 150L vacuum emulsifying mixer, the two parallel stirring paddles can operate at a fixed rotating ratio. The direction of the paddles and the rotation can be in the same direction or in contrasting directions, which can be used for different shearing purposes. Two separate high-speed disperse tooth discs will also run with the revolution for the efficient dispersion and emulsification. The mixing paddle and high-speed dispersion gear are all frequency controlled and can be modulated according to the production process custom speed. This kind of movement can uniformly mix the material in a relatively short period of time.
