Application
The CSH 30L stainless steel homogenizer mixer is designed for use with medium and high viscosity materials. The mixing unit is widely applied in scientific research, energy, soldering, polymer production, food, chemical, and ceramics processing applications among many other possibilities.

Product details
1. The temperature sensing device of the 30L stainless steel homogenizer mixer is installed in the bottom of the mixing bucket. It can achieve multipoint temperature measurement and the results are highly accurate and reliable.
2. The mixing blade can be changed for components of different sizes and shapes.
3. Precision casting is used in the modeling process of the stirring paddle. The original spiral pitch and cross-sectional shape will not be destroyed and no elastic deformation will be measured. Therefore, the paddle can be used under high load conditions.
4. The machine is designed without a valve, which prevents material accumulation, which can be problematic in some mixers. The materials are clean and easy to handle, there is also no need to transport the barrel, eliminating labor requirements.

Descriptions
The direction of the agitator can be adjusted for various alignments and revolution direction for shear purposes. Another high-speed dispersion gear will also run with the revolution direction in order to achieve efficient dispersion and emulsification. The mixing paddle and high-speed dispersion gear are frequency controlled and can be adjusted according to custom speed settings. This allows for high speed mixing with high uniformity.
